1) How many time have you workout?
I only workout for only 3 days out of the week until my body is use to it.
2) When you workout early do you eat before or after?
Sometimes I eat before, and sometimes I will eat after, depending on how I am feeling.
3) What are your favorite healthy Recipe?
I sorta do not, I always eat a salad, but sometimes I would rather eat fruit. So No I don't really eat anything healthy.

I would like to be slim and be proud that I got there.

I haven't really got there yet, I am still working on it.

I am not. Still working on the goal.

I haven't yet. Still working on it. the only thing that I feel is pain.

I eat mainly sometimes a salad or a fruit.

I do sit ups mostly
