Fitness Fridays: How to lose weight the correct way!

    I may not know the correct way to lose weight, but I can insure you that the bad habits that we are doing are not good for our health, but we managed to do it anyways. I wont lecture you on how to get healthy or eat healthy. I'm just going to simply tell you on how to lose weight the correct way. But you might think it hard. Well it going to be, if you don't put in the work itself. It a working progress. There one thing that I know is that when you are trying to lose weight, you can't simply go and eat junk food and expect to lose weight. It does not work like that. You can't eat just a salad and expect to lose weight, it does not work like that either. It call eating healthy and doing the work that comes with it.
    I simply created rules for how to lose weight the correct way. I am one of those people who don't listen when it comes to losing weight and don't listen when it comes to anything actually. I am stubborn as hell when it comes to people telling me what to do. I am also creating this blog post for me to. Why can't we all listen to each other and lose weight and start eating healthy together. When it comes to losing weight and eating healthy, would it be fun to have a buddy to help you stay on track with it all. I think it would be fun. Then maybe we all can get to out goals and be where we want to be. The rules that I have created are very simple steps that are very easy to follow and it going to be hard to do, because of our bad habits that we have.
1) Try to figure out what your bad habits are and try to focus your time on them and get rib of them. because they should not be welcome in your life. Get rib of them. As I repeat, get rib of them. Bad habits are like leeches that don't understand when to leave and when to stay away.
2) Start by putting good junk foods in your system, not that nasty kind that we all crave for. When it comes to junk food, we all crave for that sweet, melt in your mouth kind. But instead, why can't we start putting the good junk food in our system. Like for example, the ones that are made from fruit, with less sugar. Let start thinking of good protein.
3) Let just say never skip a meal, and never substitute a salad for a meal, that the biggest no no, that anyone can ever do.
4) Never substitute junk food for an actual meal, that will only cause you to strain yourself. I know cause I have done it. I know how it can be.
5) Always use caution when reading labels and make sure you do not have allergy's when it comes to certain foods. I know I do, I have Celiac disease. Which is one huge problem that I cannot deal with. But always take caution about what foods you put in your mouth.
6) Always keep track of your calories and also keep track of what you eat from breakfast to dinner and also snack time. For example, keep a planner for everything.
7) Always before each exercise routine that you are going to do, please make sure you do stretches first, to get you warm up. Then began each exercise. I would like to suggest one thing first, you should always consider getting a physical to see if there anything wrong with you.
8) Always drink water, before and after a workout.

Beauty Note: Should you be washing your hair Brushes?

    When it comes to Hair Brushes, we don't really know what crawling in them or the fact that there is so much dust and dirt that could be packing on them. I never know that we are suppose to clean them, until I notice what is on your brush, could be in your hair. Also I read other articles stating that you should clean your brushes, every 2 weeks, but I think that is too long to clean them, so I suggest clean them every week, to insure that they are clean. To be honest, I think you should clean out your brushes, I know I am going to start cleaning them. I have created 3 tips for you to help you clean your brushes. Let's take a peek on what I have for you.

1) Clean your brushes
    You should always clean your brushes from hair, fuzz, and any sticky stuff that could end up staying on the brush permanently. You never want that. So always clean your brush. As of now I will start cleaning my brushes, because I never like what my brushes look like after I stop using them. So please make you clean them first.

2) Either use your Shampoo or Laundry Soap
    When cleaning my brushes, I  tend to use laundry soap, because it has bleach in it and I love the way my brushes look after I use Laundry soap. When using Laundry Soap, make sure it up to you not anyone else, because these are your brushes, not anyone else. So please make sure you are not allergic to anything when using products to clean your brushes.

3) Hang them up or Lay flat to dry
    If your brushes has holes to hold on to, I suggest you hang them up because they tend to dry faster. Also you can always lay them flat to dry, when you lay them flat to dry, the part that you brush with, make sure they are not facing any fabric, they should always face up where you are able to put your hand on and they can poke you. Never let them face any fabric.

The Alexis Diaries: Why I am not on a diet!

    I am going to be sharing with you why I am not on a diet. I am not on a diet, because I don't know how to stick to one or maybe the fact that I don't need one. Well the fact is that I don't diets, because the real reason is because I would have to eat stuff that I don't like. I should be making my own choices when I am either working out, eating or maybe losing weight. I don't want  people making my choices for me, I am the type of person who should be making my own choices not relying anyone to make them for me. The reason why I am not on a diet is because I learn the control of what I eat and what I should do. It should be about portion control and not a diet rule.
    When it comes to being on a portion control meal plan,  I learn that you should be able to eat what you want and what you choose to eat. So I decided to make a rule for myself, I will always be the one who going to make rules for myself, I will not rely on anyone or let anyone tell me. This means significant others will never tell me that I need to go on a diet or tell me what I should eat. I was in a relationship that someone told me that I was too fat and he always told me that I need to be on a diet and also when I didn't comply to them, he decided it was time for him to move on with someone that was little bit smaller, who am I kidding, to much smaller. It was hard for me and when I look at it in a different way, I didn't care. because I know that I could and should find me someone that t would love the way that I look and not the diet look. So that why I am not on a diet, because of bad memories and also I don't want to live by someone else terms.

Tuesday Ten: Getting to know the Editor of Captivate Style's!

 When to comes to the editor in chief of Captivate Style's. We all have come to know about Ms. Marie. She has come along way to do what she loves, and this week we are getting down to know more about her and what she has in stores for Captivate Style's.
1) What is your real name?
    My real name is Alexis Marie.
2) When did you decided to start a blog?
    I always did blogs, but I decide to get rib of them and start fresh and do a blog that I really love and care about. I decided to do Captivate Style's  is because it something that I feel passionate about.
3) Have you ever thought about quitting blogging and go work for a Magazine?
    Sometimes I do, But I can't, because it my baby. I did actually decided to quit and tried to work for a magazine, then I decided that for all the internships that I did and the work that I put into my internships, I will just get another internship and just be doing what I did before. I think I am too good enough for that, and I think that for internship, I might as well just keep my blog, because I am not getting paid for it anyways. Besides, I don't take being boss around to lightly. For having a blog, I can do my styling my way, instead of listening to someone else telling me that it does not look good together, when you know that it does. So, no, I will never quit my blog to work for a magazine. To be honest, I don't mind being a guess for a magazine. But no, I won't quit my blog.
4) What has been your inspiration to starting your blog?
    I don't really have any inspiration to starting my blog, just the fact that I love writing and I love doing what I love, which is talking about fashion.
5) Have you overcome any obstacles in your blogging career?
    To be honest, I have to say no, because what it seem like, you must be a certain product in order to be recognize. You must be the type of person that begs for attention. To be honest, I am none of those things, I love be able to keep and have my own personality. Being able to be accepted in the blogging community, you must be able to go and buy expensive things like a Chanel bag, a Louis Vuitton bag and being able to follow what the blogging community wants. I feel like I don't have none of those things, and I know for a fact that I will never have those things, because I think it stupid to go and buy an expensive bag or a product for that matter just to be in the trend and to be wanted for something. So no, I don't think that I overcome any obstacles with my blogging. The only obstacles that I overcome is able to start my blog and doing it.
6) Do you ever fear that people are judging you, because of your blog?
    When it comes to the audience, no, I don't feel like I am being judge by them. But when it comes to working with companies, I do feel like I am being judge, because it feels like they don't want to work with me, because the way that my blog is, it not all glitz and glamour like all the other blogs are and plus, I don't have an actual domain name, which I think it should not matter, because it still a blog and I am still getting my audience like I should. But yeah, I do feel like I am being judge, from company, because they think that you just started your blog, well actually no, I have been blogging for almost 15 years and I don't have all that money that people have to get an actual domain name, but I chose weebly, because it feels like an actual website, because I can have pages for separate things that I am talking about and what I feel passionate about.
7) What do you have in store for Captivate Style's?
    I have many things in store for Captivate Style's , that I will actually keep secret until I feel like it ready to tell people, and I don't think it ready yet.
8) Is Captivate Style's the blog that you ever wanted?
    Yes, she is, I feel very proud of her. I feel like I can actually do something that I feel passionate about without anybody judging me. All my life I have been judge and now people can't judge me, because I am actually doing something that I love and I will keep doing.
9) How does your parents feel about you starting a blog?
    Well, it just my dad, because my mom died, a few years ago, I think if she was alive, she would be very happy with me, I know my dad is to, but he doesn't show it, but I know that he happy, and he doesn't have to show it. But with my mom, She would be happy, because she knows that I finally did something that I said I would, which I am very proud of her.
10) If you could write one permanent message on your blog, what would it be?
    Do I have to chose just one thing, there are so many messages out there that keeps me going. But there only one that stick with me, thought the very beginning to the end, the message is, Never give up. Always follow your dreams, no matter how hard it gets, keep pushing to be your very best, no matter what people say or what they throw at you. Keep pushing and Never give up.

Style Diaries: Current Trends I like and dislike!

Not my trend to follow.
Picture When it comes to trends, I don't follow them nor do I care about them, because to me they are a waste of money that does not need to be wasted. I am that type of girl that buys things because I like it and not that person who going to buy it just because everyone else is. I don't think so. I am a different type of person. I like the fact that there are no rules in fashion, only the rules that you follow of your own. I am more of a budget friendly person who is not going to be wasting money on trends, instead I waste money on everything else. I may not follow trend, but there are some that I do like. Like for example, I like plaid and other trends.
    When it comes to Cinderella shoes, I am not for it. I am not a fan of the ballerina flat that everyone else calls it Mary-Jane Flat, also known as the Cinderella flat. Which I don't like and nor do I care for it. I am more of a heel girl with a Mary-Jane style. I know I am more of a fussy girl because I am not like everyone else. I have my own style and I tend to keep it that way. I also a plaid girl, I like my plaid from plaid skirts to plaid jackets. I don't see many people wearing plaid jackets nor do I see them wear plaid corsets. I am also a bold color girl. I love my bold colors from dark pink to sapphire blue to black. I am in love with those colors they are something that should be in everyone closet.
    When it comes to certain trends, I try not to paid attention to them because I know I won't like none of them, only the ones that been out for years and keeps coming back out that says it a new trend, when clearly it is not. But the other trends that can't stand are the fringe, pastels, sequins, plastic, sheer, and multiple bags. The trends that I like, and will always love is, the bold color, the plaid and ruffles. There are also other trends that I don't like, is the certain colors, like for example is yellow, gold and certain greens. I am not a real big fan of neon colors and I won't wear them. I love the trend that I put on.

Tone it Up:What diet is right for you?

I believe this salad will fit into the The Mediterranean Diet.
    When I was doing my research on diets, I learn that there are so many of them out there, that is so hard to choose from. To make it harder, there are medical reasons diets, where if you are suffering from a disease, then you are allow to be on one, by your doctor. When I heard about diets, I thought about being on one, but then I decided against it, because I don't like diets. I never did. But after learning  there are so many out there, I was amazed by them. When learning about them, I didn't know what to write about and how many if I should. So I decided to only do the important ones that everyone knows about. So let's get into it.

The Paleo Diet:
    This one is the most natural way of dieting, because it abandons all sugar intake. It the simple and easy way, this is the one that  I am sorta on, because I don't really eat or drink sugar. The only sugar that I drink are in my kickstart and my fruit. With this diet the only sugar that you are eating is in the fruit. Also grains, bye wheat bread processed foods, bye frozen foods and also dairy, bye milk is all eliminated from this diet. When it comes this diet, you can only eat fish, veggies and fruits and sweet potatoes and many others.

The Blood Type Diet:
    When it comes to this diet, it all depends on your blood type, if you have type O blood, then you are recommended to eat lots of food that are high in protein. If you have type A  blood, then you are recommended to avoid meat and place it with turkey. If you have type B or AB there are also dietary restrictions and there are recommendations.

The Vegan Diet:
    When it comes to Vegan diet, there is no meat and no animal products allow with this diet.

The South Beach Diet:
    This diet will eliminated the bad carbs and keep the good carbs. It also helps get you the healthy way of eating. It also helps with a good selection of healthy fats, lean protein, as well as good carbs.

The Mediterranean Diet:
    This one is also another way for an Vegan diet, but it does not eliminated all meat. If you suffers from depressions, this type of diet will help you with that. This diet also recommends oil as much as possible in replace of butter. It also recommends to eat vegetables with each meal and also eat fish over chicken.

The Keto Diet:
    This diet is a very low carbs diet. Which means it turns the body into a fat burning machine. Some say there are benefits with this diet, it even help you perform better.

    There are many factors that are good and bad when it comes to diets, because sometimes people take it a little to far. If you are one of those people who are interested in getting on one of these diets, please get seek help so you can learn more about them. I suggest get a dietitian or a fitness instructor who would be willing to help you learn more about each diet and help you decide on one of these diets. Also get tested also, to know if you have anything wrong with you because there is one diet that is called the blood type diet. So I hope this helps you figuring*-+ out what diet you would like to be on and also help you decided whether or not you are going to get more information from a dietitian or a fitness instructor.

When I heard about diets, I thought about being on one, but then I decided against it, because I don't like diets. I never did. But after learning  there are so many out there, I was amazed by them. When learning about them, I didn't know what to write about and how many if I should. So I decided to only do the important ones that everyone knows about. So let's get into it.

The Paleo Diet:
    This one is the most natural way of dieting, because it abandons all sugar intake. It the simple and easy way, this is the one that  I am sorta on, because I don't really eat or drink sugar. The only sugar that I drink are in my kickstart and my fruit. With this diet the only sugar that you are eating is in the fruit. Also grains, bye wheat bread processed foods, bye frozen foods and also dairy, bye milk is all eliminated from this diet. When it comes this diet, you can only eat fish, veggies and fruits and sweet potatoes and many others.

The Blood Type Diet:
    When it comes to this diet, it all depends on your blood type, if you have type O blood, then you are recommended to eat lots of food that are high in protein. If you have type A  blood, then you are recommended to avoid meat and place it with turkey. If you have type B or AB there are also dietary restrictions and there are recommendations.

The Vegan Diet:
    When it comes to Vegan diet, there is no meat and no animal products allow with this diet.

The South Beach Diet:
    This diet will eliminated the bad carbs and keep the good carbs. It also helps get you the healthy way of eating. It also helps with a good selection of healthy fats, lean protein, as well as good carbs.

The Mediterranean Diet:
    This one is also another way for an Vegan diet, but it does not eliminated all meat. If you suffers from depressions, this type of diet will help you with that. This diet also recommends oil as much as possible in replace of butter. It also recommends to eat vegetables with each meal and also eat fish over chicken.

The Keto Diet:
    This diet is a very low carbs diet. Which means it turns the body into a fat burning machine. Some say there are benefits with this diet, it even help you perform better.

    There are many factors that are good and bad when it comes to diets, because sometimes people take it a little to far. If you are one of those people who are interested in getting on one of these diets, please get seek help so you can learn more about them. I suggest get a dietitian or a fitness instructor who would be willing to help you learn more about each diet and help you decide on one of these diets. Also get tested also, to know if you have anything wrong with you because there is one diet that is called the blood type diet. So I hope this helps you figuring*-+ out what diet you would like to be on and also help you decided whether or not you are going to get more information from a dietitian or a fitness instructor.

Beauty Note: Should you be washing your hair Brushes?

    When it comes to Hair Brushes, we don't really know what crawling in them or the fact that there is so much dust and dirt that could be packing on them. I never know that we are suppose to clean them, until I notice what is on your brush, could be in your hair. Also I read other articles stating that you should clean your brushes, every 2 weeks, but I think that is too long to clean them, so I suggest clean them every week, to insure that they are clean. To be honest, I think you should clean out your brushes, I know I am going to start cleaning them. I have created 3 tips for you to help you clean your brushes. Let's take a peek on what I have for you.

1) Clean your brushes
    You should always clean your brushes from hair, fuzz, and any sticky stuff that could end up staying on the brush permanently. You never want that. So always clean your brush. As of now I will start cleaning my brushes, because I never like what my brushes look like after I stop using them. So please make you clean them first.

2) Either use your Shampoo or Laundry Soap
    When cleaning my brushes, I  tend to use laundry soap, because it has bleach in it and I love the way my brushes look after I use Laundry soap. When using Laundry Soap, make sure it up to you not anyone else, because these are your brushes, not anyone else. So please make sure you are not allergic to anything when using products to clean your brushes.

3) Hang them up or Lay flat to dry
    If your brushes has holes to hold on to, I suggest you hang them up because they tend to dry faster. Also you can always lay them flat to dry, when you lay them flat to dry, the part that you brush with, make sure they are not facing any fabric, they should always face up where you are able to put your hand on and they can poke you. Never let them face any fabric.

Extra Tip: When your brushes are dry, you can always put essential oils in them, so your brush can smell good, just like your hair.

Tuesday Ten: Fitness Q & A!

    We all know that I am not much of a workout buff and I don't tend to be. When I workout I tend to work out for one day and then I don't do it anymore. I am much average then most, but I will not post pictures of myself, because of it. I am getting on the fitness trail, which I am really excited about it, because to be honest, I am using my blog as the inspiration of mine, to get on that fitness trail ride. They usually say find something that makes you want to do the things that you want to do, So I am doing that I am using my blog as inspiration. But anyways, when I first encounter these questions, I did not want to lie because I that not what I want my blog to represent, So I am being honest as possible. I am also going to be saying that I don't workout much, cause I don't. So let's get these questions going.

1) How many times have you workout?
    So far,  I only have workout for about one time this month, But I am going to be working out 5 days a week and only leaving the weekends to chill and eat whatever I want.
2) What times do you workout?
    Actually I workout whenever I want to, because I am not a morning person, and I definitely not that type of person that eats breakfast. So I tend to workout whenever I can.
3) What type of healthy recipes do you live by?
    Actually, I don't do healthy recipes, because I tend to forget about them and also I tend to not care for them, because I always learn that you should be allow to eat whatever you want without having some type of diet.
4) What is your motivation?
    My blog is going to be my motivation as of now, because it the only thing that I have that puts me into any type of Motivation.
5) What are you fitness goals?
    My fitness goal is to be able to weight what I chose to, instead of looking like an anorexia girl, because to me that seems to be the trend of things as of now. That is going to be my next post.
6)  How to get into a Regular Fitness Routine?
    I don't think this works for me, I don't have a regular fitness routine. I tend to have whatever Routine I chose to have.
7) What your secret for staying healthy?
    I don't think I am healthy. I am on the pole of it, but I am not healthy.
8) What workout routine have you seen the greatest result from?
    Before I use to do, sit ups and has given me the results that I was looking for and I also tend to get back into it, I don't know why I stop in the first place.
9) What do you eat on a daily basis?
    I tend to eat sometimes salad and sometimes fruit, sometimes I would eat whatever I get hungry for, usually it stir fly.
10) What workouts do you tend to use while staying slim?

    For the most part, Sit ups are the only fitness that I do. Sometimes leg and all the other cardio work, but mostly sit ups.

Ask Alexis: What the best way for me to lose weight?

    When losing weight comes to mind, I don't even want to thing about it, because we all want to lose weight, and we all want to lose weight quickly, but can't. But the best way to lose weight is supposedly eat healthy, but I don't think that is the case. I think it portion control, which means, you should only eat what you should eat and not over feed yourself and make yourself full, because you start to give yourself stomach cramps and that is not a good feeling. When it comes for me to lose weight, it hard, because there are a lot of things that I have to give up and I don't want to, but I know I have to, So I decided on July 1, I will start my 31 days diet and also my fitness journey, Maybe some of you would like to work out with me. I decided to do this, because it time for me to get on the fitness train and start getting healthy and start being me and also start being the person that I want to be.
    So what the best way to lose weight, I think it should be doing sit ups and making that your number one exercise and doing a little cardio and doing some stretches so your body can get use to them. Also you should also drink water when you workout, that should be your number one drink and also don't drink protein drinks when you first start working out, because your body is not use to it. So please watch out what you do when you are working out and also watch out what protein drinks you drink, and make sure your body is use to it. Also get tested by a doctor to check to see if there anything wrong with you.
    When I see people asking for help and trying to get help, it hard to try to answer them and it hard to try to help them, because I don't know their body style or what health issues they have, so I try to do my best to answer them and I also try to tell them to get tested also. I also try to tell them to do their researched as well and get some information from a doctor. I am no expert when it comes to these things, I know some think that they are, but I won't risk my readers health just so they can get the answer they are looking for, So I hope this gives you the answer that you are looking for.

Welcome Back Fitness Fridays!

     95 degrees here in Michigan, on a Friday afternoon. Question of the day, is what to do on this beautiful day. One word that strikes my mind, is Fitness Fridays. When it come to fitness, I am a lazy horse, don't want to do nothing, except my job, which is working on my blog and my 7 days a week job. I decided to come up with Fitness Fridays, because I thought that it would help me with my lazy days. Sometimes I feel like being skinny should come naturally, instead getting in the workout mood.
    During my time on figuring out, what to come up for Fridays, I decided I called it Fitness Fridays, every Friday I will come up a Fitness Friday routine for everyone to start getting into the mood of Fitness. I know how being lazy is and sometimes it is not good for us to be lazy, for some of us, we may work 7 days a week, I know I do, and sometimes when we come home we don't want to do nothing, except sit on the couch and just Relax and maybe just tune into Lifetime, sometimes I do which is always good.
    Sometimes getting into the routine of things, it hard, so that why I created Fitness Fridays, also Men don't worry this is for you to. When we come home, we can relax for a minute, cook dinner, clean up the house a little bit. Here a thing for you all, we are actually doing fitness, we just don't know how to take it further, like a little cardio here and there, and a little push ups, a little sit up, a little crunches, we are already doing fitness, by cooking dinner, cleaning the house, chasing the kids around the house, if we just booth up our confident and start getting into the swing of things and get into what we should be getting into and start making our lives healthy and more fun for us, not just being at work and being lazy.
    So I will be creating anything from exercises to tips to recipe for Fitness Fridays, and I hope that we all can take care of our lives better and have more confident in ourselves and also have more fun with it. I am sorry if I offended anyone, by being lazy, if you are, your not the only one, cause I am the lazy one, I think I might be the biggest lazy one, if that even a word, or even a phrase, and lets starts taking care of our selves together. Also I will create a discussion board that will be in the comment section of this blog and every Fitness Fridays post there is and we can all share what we are doing, that way we all can do this together and also it can be anonymous if you chose to be anonymous.

May Style Tips!

       When it comes to May, we all look forward to those hot sunny days, So we can start wearing the Spring/Summer outfits, that we brought. We all know that we have the urge for Spring fever, then we have Summer fever. When it comes to Spring/Summer Fever, I have the Summer fever, because during the spring, it still cold, there hardly, no sunny days, just cloudy days and also there no warm  for me to wear my spring clothes, so I am a summer girl. When it comes to clothing, I always have plans to wear my summer clothing in the spring. I don't know why. I guess it a habit. I have put together some simple ways for your wardrobe for May Style Tips!
    1) Always have a simple romper in your closet, because with these babies, you can either dress them down or up. For example, when dressing up, you can add a simple jacket, add some heels and some jewelry and add a touch of a clutch. When dressing down, you can add flips flops or flats. This look can be in and out of season, depending on where you are. There never a trend when it comes to romper, I think they will always be in style.
    2) Always and foremost keep a jacket in the closet because you will never know when you will need it. When I go thought my clothing to de clutter for the seasons, I always keep a jacket in my closet, I don't know why, it just a habit, because you will never know what the weather is like. Sometimes I will keep at least a winter coat in my closet, to be on the safe side.
    3) Always go thought your closet, for spring and summer and de clutter it by removing your winter wardrobe. When it comes to removing winter or better yet all seasons, try to understand what can and can not be worn during the seasons. I know that spring and summer goes together and I know that winter and fall goes together, but does everyone understand that all seasons still go together. They are like one big cycle that goes over on top of each other. So always look at your clothes try to understand what goes with what. For example, when I de clutter my clothes, I try to figure out which shirts I should put away and what pants, or what jackets I should put away, But then I remember that all season goes together, so I always manage to put my sweaters away.
    4) There should always be a maxi dress in the closet for the spring and summer, it can either be short or long, there no right or wrong way to do this, it just the way of how you do it. When it comes to you doing this, just remember that you can style either way, from wearing belts, to layer it with a sweater, or jacket, for the summer or for the spring. This simple look can either go from outing on the town to the day you go shopping.
    5) The simplest way for style tips to work, is to follow inspiration from your favorite celebrities, one tip that I suggest is to do your own thing when it comes to styling, don't follow all the way thought when it comes to following your favorite celebrities. Please always have your own style.
        6) For this spring, pastel colors are in. We have have to worry about people looking at us, thinking what are they wearing.  They are wearing chalk colors, instead of real colors.
         7) Floral are in this spring, which I believe are in every year. We don't have to worry about not going out of style.
        8) Can we say Denim in this season? I would have to say yes, it is. Denim is in every year, it doesn't matter what time of year. They will always be in. One thing, that I like about denim, they go with everything.
        9) There are two ways to wear yoya pants, one is you can always dress up yoga pants. two, yoga pants is with fitness, so if you have to go to work, dress up yoga pants with a cute little blazer and then after work, you can do your fitness. It a winning day for you after all.
So when you decide that style is not in the cards for you, think again, it can work in many ways and it best to have a style or at least play with it. So think about these style tips and make sure you cooperate them in your daily routine when you are getting dress.

     I have been dreading this day for a while now, which means it finally marks that summer is officially here. What I like to do, is mainly dedicate this day to all of my favorite swimwear that is out, and I pretty much own them all. During my time as a fashion stylist, and fashion blogger, my style never changes, and my budget never changes neither. I think you can all called me the budget stylist of them all.     One thing that I understand is that when it comes to swimsuits, we never know which ones we like and which ones we want to get. I decided that whichever swimsuit that I like, I am going to buy them, and if I can't find bottoms to go with them, I find something that much easier, look for a bottom that will.
