I am going to be sharing with you why I am not on a diet. I am not on a
diet, because I don't know how to stick to one or maybe the fact that I
don't need one. Well the fact is that I don't diets, because the real
reason is because I would have to eat stuff that I don't like. I should
be making my own choices when I am either working out, eating or maybe
losing weight. I don't want people making my choices for me, I am the
type of person who should be making my own choices not relying anyone to
make them for me. The reason why I am not on a diet is because I learn
the control of what I eat and what I should do. It should be about
portion control and not a diet rule.
When it comes to being on a
portion control meal plan, I learn that you should be able to eat what
you want and what you choose to eat. So I decided to make a rule for
myself, I will always be the one who going to make rules for myself, I
will not rely on anyone or let anyone tell me. This means significant
others will never tell me that I need to go on a diet or tell me what I
should eat. I was in a relationship that someone told me that I was too
fat and he always told me that I need to be on a diet and also when I
didn't comply to them, he decided it was time for him to move on with
someone that was little bit smaller, who am I kidding, to much smaller.
It was hard for me and when I look at it in a different way, I didn't
care. because I know that I could and should find me someone that t
would love the way that I look and not the diet look. So that why I am
not on a diet, because of bad memories and also I don't want to live by
someone else terms.
