Let's talk about Love Languages!

    I decided to some searching on this Love Languages. I been seeing some people been talking about. Love Languages been out for at least 29 years. It been talk about since 1992. I have never heard about it until now. So I decided to do some searching and found some quizzes for single people, since that what I am. After doing some quizzes, I started to do some thinking and wonder am I that type of person. I know I am not that bad in relationships. Then again someone never really gave me the time or day to be the type of person that I should be to them, then again I think it because I never really dated someone that I can give my time to. I have always been someone mistress or someone camouflage until they find the person that they are really looking for and it not me.
    When I took the quiz, there was some questions that I didn't like and some didn't fit me. After taking the quiz and I got my results, it claims that my primary love language is Quality time, it not like I already knew that since I did. But when it comes to Receiving gifts that was a big no no for me, I got a 0%, which I already knew that as well. They didn't have good questions for Acts of Service, which I got a 17%, which I know when I find someone I probably be better at it then the 17% that I got. Words of affirmation and Physical touch, I got 23% on both, but I can guarantee that it much larger percentage then the ones that they ask.  
    In reality, do I really need to take a quiz to actually know what my love languages is, no I don't. I probably going to be along for the rest of my life, because no one is out there for me, no one feels what I feel and also I am very stubborn. I got my heart broken more times then anybody and it actually pretty hard to find someone, for one thing, I don't fit the criteria of them. I am not what they are looking for. Knowing that these love languages actually exists should not be a reason to know what you can do for someone or for yourself. You should automatically know what type of quality you have and should know what you can do to someone. These quizzes are fun to do, but they don't declare the type of person I am and what I like to do with someone.
    I love spending quality time with my special someone ( even when I find my special someone), I love physical touch at least I know that my person cares about me. I love words of affirmation at least my person is taking the time to talk to me, writing me, texting me. I wanna feel that I am wanted by my person. I wanna  know that I am the first thing on their mind when they get up in the morning. I love acts of service because I love cooking for my person. I also like surprising my person with a home cook meal, even if we are together for a few months. I also like to help them with their chores so that way we can get done a lot quicker so I can spend time with them. My least favorite and wish it didn't exist is receiving gifts, this one is not my favorite, I do not like this one. I wish I can erase it, because it does not mean nothing. I probably get ask about this the reason why is I don't like receiving gifts is because I got a surprise that I wish wasn't true. The person that I dated for almost 6 years decided to cheat on me. So to the end of me talking about myself. What are your love languages?

Fitness Fridays: Q & A

When it comes to working out, none of us don't believe in it. I know I don't. I just think that people should learn portion control and also I believe that there should not be any stress in this world, where we all have to worry where our next job is going to come from, same thing as food. I don't want to worry about anything anymore, I just to learn my life with a good job, a good house and a good life with bills to paid each month. I am happy with the life that I have, but when it comes to stress that a different story that how I gain the weight that I have now, which I hate. When it comes to working out, I learn that you should be taking it easy, but I also learn that we all have to stay focus on what we want to do. So I have learn to stay focus on fitness. I also learn that I won't workout everyday until my body is use to it, like rate now my body hurts, cause I workout yesterday, which is being hard on my body. Last week, I could not workout at all, because I was hurting. Now I am not. So here we go, I have created a question and answers for you all.

1) How many time have you workout?
    I only workout for only 3 days out of the week until my body is use to it.
2) When you workout early do you eat before or after?
    Sometimes I eat before, and sometimes I will eat after, depending on how I am feeling.
3) What are your favorite healthy Recipe?
    I sorta do not, I always eat a salad, but sometimes I would rather eat fruit. So No I don't really eat anything healthy.
4) What is your motivation?
    My blog is my motivation
5) What are your fitness goals?
    I would like to be slim and be proud that I got there.
6) How to get into Regular Fitness Routine?
    I  haven't really got there yet, I am still working on it.
7) What your secret for staying slim and healthy?
    I am not. Still working on the goal.
8) What workouts routine have you seen the greatest result from?
    I haven't yet. Still working on it. the only thing that I feel is pain.
9) What do you eat on a daily basis?
    I eat mainly sometimes a salad or a fruit.
10) What workouts do you do to stay thin?
    I do sit ups mostly
11) Do you ever have days when you  just don't feel working out?
    Yes, don't we all

Friday Favorites: Favorite Beauty Products!

            When it comes to beauty products there  something that could  go wrong when finding the right ones for your skin. I always have products that did not go with my skin. So as I learned along the way is to put my skin at risk, So I did in order to know what products wont and which ones that don't. To tell you all, I have sensitive and acne prone skin, which is not good at all, because I have to be careful which products that I can use and which ones I can not. In order for me to know, I have to use all and put my skin at risk, which is not a good thing to do. I have never thought I would go thought this problem, but now I am a little older, I will. Let's take a peek of what beauty products that I absolutely love and the ones that made the list.

1) Olay Acne Medicine

    I mainly use this one for winter, because I can't use the same products that I use for summer. When dealing with acne prone and sensitive skin it kinda hard, especially in the winter, because I have clear skin and I don't have a problem breaking out, sometimes it all depends on the product that I am using, which is kind of a pain.

2) Garnier Whole Blends Oats & Delicacy

    When it came to using this shampoo and conditioner. I was a little afraid of using it, because I didnt want to break out with a rash or something, but once I started using it, there was no turning back. I instantly fell in love. It woke up my hair, like it been sleeping for a while. I am glad that I use this product.

3) St Ives Blemish Control

    This product will never leave my side, It helps take care of blemishes. This is the product that everyone should be using. I decided to start using it when I saw it at my local drugstore, because it said blemish control, which I totally love. I will not go without this product, This product will always be by my side. It my go to product.

4) Gillette Satin Care Ultra Sensitive

    When I first began using this product I simply fell in love because I love the fact it made my skin the way that it should. Every time I shave my legs without this product, I always tend to get little bumps on my legs which I never knew what they would cause from. Now I found a product where I don't have problem.

5) Nature Boundy Hair, nails and skin

    I love this product. I think it tastes more like candy then it does with vitamins. I love this product and I would recommend this product to anyone. I also would like to say that this product works, but you should be taken it  3 times daily, and not what it said on the bottle. If you really want it to work.

Workout Wednesdays: How to lose weight the correct way!

    I may not know the correct way to lose weight, but I can insure you that the bad habits that we are doing are not good for our health, but we managed to do it anyways. I wont lecture you on how to get healthy or eat healthy. I'm just going to simply tell you on how to lose weight the correct way. But you might think it hard. Well it going to be, if you don't put in the work itself. It a working progress. There one thing that I know is that when you are trying to lose weight, you can't simply go and eat junk food and expect to lose weight. It does not work like that. You can't eat just a salad and expect to lose weight, it does not work like that either. It call eating healthy and doing the work that comes with it.
    I simply created rules for how to lose weight the correct way. I am one of those people who don't listen when it comes to losing weight and don't listen when it comes to anything actually. I am stubborn as hell when it comes to people telling me what to do. I am also creating this blog post for me to. Why can't we all listen to each other and lose weight and start eating healthy together. When it comes to losing weight and eating healthy, would it be fun to have a buddy to help you stay on track with it all. I think it would be fun. Then maybe we all can get to out goals and be where we want to be. The rules that I have created are very simple steps that are very easy to follow and it going to be hard to do, because of our bad habits that we have.
1) Try to figure out what your bad habits are and try to focus your time on them and get rib of them. because they should not be welcome in your life. Get rib of them. As I repeat, get rib of them. Bad habits are like leeches that don't understand when to leave and when to stay away.
2) Start by putting good junk foods in your system, not that nasty kind that we all crave for. When it comes to junk food, we all crave for that sweet, melt in your mouth kind. But instead, why can't we start putting the good junk food in our system. Like for example, the ones that are made from fruit, with less sugar. Let start thinking of good protein.
3) Let just say never skip a meal, and never substitute a salad for a meal, that the biggest no no, that anyone can ever do.
4) Never substitute junk food for an actual meal, that will only cause you to strain yourself. I know cause I have done it. I know how it can be.
5) Always use caution when reading labels and make sure you do not have allergy's when it comes to certain foods. I know I do, I have Celiac disease. Which is one huge problem that I cannot deal with. But always take caution about what foods you put in your mouth.
6) Always keep track of your calories and also keep track of what you eat from breakfast to dinner and also snack time. For example, keep a planner for everything.
7) Always before each exercise routine that you are going to do, please make sure you do stretches first, to get you warm up. Then began each exercise. I would like to suggest one thing first, you should always consider getting a physical to see if there anything wrong with you.
8) Always drink water, before and after a workout.

Letter From Alexis: Sweet Heart February

    Hello, Sweet Heart February. There always something special going on for this month. We have Valentine Day, which includes hugs, kisses and all the romantic feeling that we have for someone special. For those who are not feeling up for Valentines Day, I also have something for you to. I still can't believe that spring is only a month away, then it Summer. Since it Valentines Month I have included some Valentine decor for you to share with your love ones or for you. I have never really care for Valentines Day, because to me it just another day for us to buy things and also to rot our teeth with all the candy that get produce. One thing that I love is the Roses and the Jewelry. Also to be honest, it just another day to whip up some nice fruity drinks for all the single ladies out there who feeling alone and wish they were with someone. So stay tuned on what I have for you......
    First thing first, February Style Tips. I will also show a mixer of pre-winter to pre-spring style tips again, like last year. I will also be doing some delicious treats for Valentines Day. I also have some Valentines Date night Fashion Looks  for you. I think this is going to be a fun Valentines then it was last year. I also have some Healthy Recipes to Detox Recommendations for you all, which is going to be fun to make and also a fun thing to actually try. This is going to be a no brainier that I might do or not to do, I was thinking about making little heart macrons for Valentines, but don't know. I don't really want to say much.     First thing first, February Style Tips. I will also show a mixer of pre-winter to pre-spring style tips again, like last year. I will also be doing some delicious treats for Valentines Day. I also have some Valentines Date night Fashion Looks  for you. I think this is going to be a fun Valentines then it was last year. I also have some Healthy Recipes to Detox Recommendations for you all, which is going to be fun to make and also a fun thing to actually try. This is going to be a no brainier that I might do or not to do, I was thinking about making little heart macrons for Valentines, but don't know. I don't really want to say much. Except the fact give you hints from time to time. So I hope you had fun reading this post and getting ready for what February has to offer.
