Take Five Tuesdays: Setting Goals/Habits for the New Year!

When setting goals for yourself for the new year, only means it a fresh start for you and only you. Never doubt yourself that you are never going to be what you set yourself out to be. There is always  time and if you set your sights high for your goals, then you can achieve them. Just have focus and be patient. Never lose sight of your goals. They are made for you to stay focus. When I make my goals, I tend to lost sight of them, because I let things get the best of me. I try to let them come back in 2018, but then again, I decided to just bring them back in 2020, which they will be my main focus. As of now and until the end of 2021.
    There are some things that should be mention, in order to keep things in perspective and also the way that I put things in perspective, is the way that I don't do things the way that I should. But 2021, is a fresh new year and also a fresh start for me and you to do things that we keep saying we are going to do, but never do them. But now, we are, both of us, we are, if we can, work together. I am here for you if you need me to. So lets take a peek of what I have for you.

1) Keep a Planner
    There are so many planners out there, so find one that represent you and keep one. There always a journal if you want one of those instead. Planners are a way for you to keep things at a pace and also keep things organize.
2) Get involved with Yoga
    If you need some peace, get involved with yoga, these fitness routine will help you get back on track and also it makes you more flexible. So it might get to where you want to be. So try this and if you like it, you can always keep it.
3) Drink water before any coffee beverages
    You should always maintain your morning balance, which means, drink water with lemon every morning, before any coffee beverages, and it would also maintain your focus. Drinking Lemon water every morning also maintains your weight, if you are into the fitness routine.
4) Add a fitness routine to your daily routine
     I never believe this either, but I have decided to add this to my routine starting Monday, Because I learn when you exercise you tend to make your mind focus more and also you become flexible to.
5) Take a walk when you start feeling depress.
    When you start feeling depress, always take a walk. Because in the long run, it will make you feel better, because you are relieving all the stress that is going on in your mind. I like the fact that I can easily go outside and take a walk. Add this to your routine. You will like it.
