Take Five Tuesdays:The Story behind my Blog Name.

I have been getting the same questions over and over again on where I got my blog name from. I decided to make it a blog post, and it going to be a very interesting one. Well, I got my blog name from a perfume bottle which is called, Captivate, because I love the name so much and plus it meant something to me, I have not told the story about how I was bully during my years in middle school and high school by my friends. But anyway, all my life I have been called fat, I wasn't pretty enough and I was not popular at all, and I even dated guys that also bully me, but anyway, when I was getting ready to do my blog again, I needed a name then I decided to use my name, which was Marie Style's, but I thought that name was too formal and to not me, then after a few years  down the road of using Marie Style's, I wanted to change my blog name to something that meant something and meant something that everyone can see it and know that someone is with them and been in the same boat as them.
    The day that I use my perfume, was the day that I decided to use the name Captivate. It was a replica of a Victoria Secret perfume, one that got me to notice the perfume was the theme it is pink with black lace, which I was totally in love and then I decided to buy it and I was instantly in love with the smell. I have never been in love with a perfume the way that I was in love with Captivate. Then the name called to me, Captivate Style's and even the slogan came about, Captivate the Skin your in. Never doubt yourself.
    So now everyone knows where  the name is from. This name means everything to me, and I hope that it can mean to other people. When someone called you a name, or something to you that is really cruel, just captivate it and turn it into something positive. I know I did. So if you feel like you are losing yourself, just remember why you started in the first place. When I was losing myself, I just look at my blog and wonder why I started it in the first place, Because I love writing and I love fashion. With that being said, what are you in love with.?
