Ask Alexis: How does working out helps?

     When I first began my Ask Alexis posts, which I never thought I would do them. But then my inbox was getting little over run by emails. Then it dawn on to me about doing my Ask Alexis post, which they are fun to write and also the easiest to write, because not a lot go to it, no photo shoot, whatsoever. So when I got my own question, which was a tricky question. But we all go thought it. I know I will keep a journal for all my calories and exercises that I would do and keep track of them after. It takes a while to lose weight when working out. To be truthful, after a month of working out, we don't see results, I think after 2 months we would.

Dear Ms. Alexis,
    I would like to know if working out helps! Because I am having trouble seeing the results. How long do I have to work out before I see the results of what I am looking for. I don't want to quit, I would like to keep going, how can I keep going. I have follow every fitness program, but nothing is working. Please help me!


    To be honest, this was a very tricky question to answer, because I don't think working out helps. I can work out for 30 days, and see no progress, and to be honest, I don't know why. I can do what every else is doing and have a hard time getting results. So, I don't think so. My guess everyone is different. So I guess working out 7 days a weeks, 2x's or 3x's daily, we might see the results. But first, I think we should all give up some eating habits and lose weight and then start working out. I also think we all need to be consistent of what we are doing. I love working out, but sometimes it a pain, because in order to stay skinny and fit, we must workout. When I seen this question, I was shock because, I didn't know how to answer it. All I can say is, if you just work at it, you might start seeing the results, not real quick. It takes time. So just be patient, and work at it. If you believe, then you should see the results sooner then you think. Also have dedication and prepare for the outcome. Never give up.
