We all know that Summer is upon us, it time to either be working or reworking the fitness that we all have plan, either you love fitness or you don't. but either way, it time to get that fitness plan going, because it time to get healthy and time to look your best. I have many fitness plans, to get you going for the start of summer. Some are easy and some are not. When we look at the way that fitness works, we don't want to do it, we always managed to prolong it, I know I do, and it time to stop and it time to put those bad habits to the side and start doing what we love to do and want it.
This month theme is all about fitness and fashion. I will be showing you how to have the perfect gym bag from and to the gym to 10 spring workout essentials plus 5 outfits. I will be showing you the usual Style Tips of Summer to Beauty Tips of Summer. How many of you have the monthly of Favorites to fashion favorites to May Favorites. This month is pack full of goodies for you guys. I promise I will be doing more this month from clean eating habits to detox teas. I will also be adding a couple of new things to the blog this month.
I will be doing something for Father's Day as well. I know some of you have been wondering what is going on with the blog. Well, I have been doing some changes, and also my computer have been acting up. So it takes me a little longer to do the blog post as usual. But I have been doing some thinking, and I will be doing the blog everyday, starting Monday. I also have a special little something for you all, especially the non-drinkers.
