We all love our eyeliner, but what happen if we ran out and don't have
time to get more, there is a solution to all that it called simple and
easy. I have seen many Makeup Artist do this and I see that no one have
not talk about it nowhere. But I only see them use water, never what I
am about to show you. But when it comes to DIY's, it hard because we
all have to make sure that the same project has not been done. So here
is what you need.* Black Shadow
* Liquid foundation
* 2 small containers
Take the eye shadow and break it up to make it look like it powder, but only use what you need, and put the rest away inside the small container and take the other small container, the one that you will be using, and take the liquid foundation and put them together and start mixing, only make what you need, if you make so much, it will get harden in the next few days, The leftover eye shadow, the first container, put that away so when you need it, you have it. It simple and it easy. I have try it and I love it.
